Dr. Ben
Ochs
Co-founder Dr. Ben
Ochs holds a
Ph.D. in Executive Development from Penn State. Dr.
Ochs employs a
non-prescriptive style and specializes in identifying personal and
professional
characteristics and how they influence your executives' effectiveness
as
leaders. He is certified in Six Sigma, has owned his own businesses,
and has held
executive positions in other companies.
Much of Dr. Ochs'
pragmatism comes from his executive experience,
entrepreneurship, and real experience as a board member and president
for
profit and non-profit organizations. Raised on a cattle ranch, Dr. Ochs
is no
stranger to hard work. His varied professional and avocational
background
enables him to relate to professionals from engineering to
payroll.
